In the Sierra de Algairén, at an altitude of about 900 metres, is a small plot of more than 100 years old vineyards within a forest and surrounded by thyme, rosemary, scrubland, pine and oak trees.
Niño Mimado, our “pampered child”, is characterized by their intense dark cherry color. Complex nose with notes of ripe fruit and characteristics of “terruño”, an influence of the soil which reflects the abundant mineral notes and balsamic notes from the plants that grow in the region.
In the mouth the wine has a great structure. Strong meaty, warm and at the same time have a nice acid balance. Markedly tannic and last for a long time on the palate and leave you yearning for more.
